Global Logistics Parts Center

Foton Motor has established two parts logistics centers in North China and Central China, covering an area of nearly 400 mu, with a total investment of more than 1.5 billion yuan. Through the use of elevated three-dimensional warehouses, modern equipment, internationally advanced storage management information systems, bar code reading technology and PDA mobile terminals, it has realized highly information-based management of warehousing operations, and formed a general parts warehouse, agent warehouse The three-tier accessory supply system of the service station (franchise store).

Global Service Training Center

Foton Motor established a service training center in Beijing in 2010. The training center has set up an engine training area, a vehicle electrical appliance training area, a vehicle chassis training area, and an audio-visual classroom that integrates theoretical teaching and simulation demonstration to provide technical training for service providers and provide solid technical support for customer services.

Global Customer Interaction Center

Foton Customer Interaction Center was established in 2002, with a business team of 240 people and an annual information processing capacity of more than 6 million. The customer interaction center provides customers with automotive expertise, product knowledge, service policy consultation, repair and maintenance appointment, vehicle rescue, fault warning, maintenance reminder, customized customer care and other service projects through telephone, WeChat, APP, official website, WEB and other multimedia channels, 7 * 24, 365 days a year.

TRAINING CENTERS

Training center

Foton has set up 12 service training centers in Thailand, Russia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Peru, Chile, the Philippines, Colombia and Algeria. Foton now provides training courses for more than 100 countries and regions. Foton Motor provides all-round service training for service suppliers through service training centers around the world. The training center also provides service management and service technology training for the new service station to help the service station adapt to FOTON and provide better service for customers.

Instructor Team

The team currently consists of 38 lecturers, covering more than 10 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Russian.
