中国知名的商用车制造企业福田汽车与依维柯集团旗下设计、生产和销售轻型、中型和重型商用车的依维柯品牌签署备忘录，探索在巴西和阿根廷市场的合作机会。

Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Foton”), a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in China, and IVECO, the brand of Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) that designs, manufactures and markets light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore possible collaboration in developing innovative solutions focused on the Brazilian and Argentinian markets.

福田汽车和依维柯在2024年开始共同探索合作机会，此次签署备忘录，再次确定了双方就合作的承诺。

This new MoU reaffirms the two brands’ joint commitment to explore cooperation opportunities, which began in 2024.

备忘录于4月8日在巴西圣保罗，由福田汽车副总经理陈青山与依维柯拉丁美洲政府关系总监Eduardo Freitas共同签署。

The signing took place on April 8^th in São Paulo, Brazil, in the presence of Eduardo Freitas, Head of Institutional Relations of IVECO for Latin America, and  Chen Qingshan, Vice President of Foton.
